Evaluation of Burnout in Paediatric Staff: A Welsh Prevalence Study
Burnout in paediatric staff across Wales was assessed using the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory and Likert scales. Weekly team wellbeing sessions were initiated and any suggestions for health board improvements were fed back to the management teams.
